How to Make Saffron Ginger Tea:

- 4 to 5 saffron threads
- 1 to 2 cups of water
- 1 tsp of chopped or ground ginger
- fresh lemon juice and/or slices
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of Honey
- Take the Saffron threads and place them in a tea cup with a splash of water and let that stand for 10 mins.
- Bring the water to a boil, add ginger, lemon, and cinnamon to the pot, bring down to a simmer.
- After 10 mins of the Saffron threads standing in water, add hot ginger water to your cup.
- Add honey for flavor.
